1. Processing Time
All crystal carvings need careful bubble wrap packing.
Order processing time: 3–7 business days (exclude weekends & holidays).

2. Delivery Time
Standard International Shipping: 15–35 business days to United States.
Delivery delays may happen due to customs inspection, peak season logistics backlog. We cannot guarantee exact arrival date.

3. Shipping Confirmation
Once shipped, tracking number will be sent to your registered email. Please monitor tracking information actively.

4. Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for lost package due to wrong address provided by customers.

5. Package Loss
If tracking shows package lost in transit, contact us to start investigation with logistics company. Investigation usually takes 7–15 working days.

6. Prohibited Situation
We cannot ship to PO BOX in some regions. Please provide a valid residential address.
